On October 26th, 2015, we celebrated our patronal feast of St. Demetrios the Myrrh-streamer with a Hierarchical Liturgy (presided over by our beloved hierarch, His Eminence Metropolitan Nicholas) and a reception provided by the ladies from the St. Demetrios Ladies Philoptochos. We were also blessed to be joined by Fr. Angelo Mago (who gave the homily) from Assumption in Grand Blanc, Fr. Joseph Gingritch from St. George in Bloomfield Hills, Dn. Alex from the Metropolis and Dn. Michael from St. George Antiochian Church in Flint. Many thanks to all those who worked so hard to make this weekend a success, and may God grant all of you and our beloved St. Demetrios many years! Χρόνια πολλά!
